We offer a 30 day return policy. Please make sure all original packaging is included with your return and that your item has no signs of wear. Please keep in mind that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

There is no fee for returning an item but you will need to cover the shipping charges to return it back to us.

Engraved products are final sale and not refundable or exchangable.


Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your ring as it makes it's way to you. You can also log into your account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status. 

All wedding bands are made to order. Once your order has been placed, we will need 4 to 8 business days to ship out your order.

All orders are shipped with FedEx and require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
